SWA Services Group was founded on a simple goal: Provide our clients with superior cleaning and exceptional service.  Since our inception in 2000, right here in the heart of Silicon Valley, we have proven to be a force to be reckoned with in the facility maintenance industry. We have built our company on integrity, commitment and responsiveness.  We bring 75+ years of combined experience to the facility maintenance industry.  Our demonstrated commitment to excellence shines through in the work we do, the employees we train, and the long term relationships we have built with our clients.  Our values and experience have allowed us to build a solid foundation while also giving us the flexibility to be innovative with the changing needs of the Bay Area.

Esmeralda joins SWA with 15+ years of Human Resources experience ranging from hospitality to healthcare. Understanding that employee satisfaction directly impacts customer satisfaction, Esmeralda works closely with Operations to create a positive experience for SWA staff.

Roxanne Vane has 30+ years in the banking industry, with a broad range of marketing, credit management, and organization management skills. She also serves on the board of directors for HOPE Services, which provides a range of employment, job training and life-skills programs for the developmentally disabled in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties. In 2001, Roxanne received the Ignatian Award from the Santa Clara University Alumni Association for her work in the community.
